Wild Cucumber of Cascade Head

This fast growing and graceful plant is the Wild Cucumber of the Cascade Head Biosphere Reserve. Its delicate white flowers are reminiscent of the Edelwiess and it is a prolific climber using its spiral grasping tendrils to reach heights of 30 feet in the branches of Sitka Spruce trees.
