Sea Bird Wing

I love this sturdy, yet delicate wing that I found washed up on the high tide line a mile up the Salmon River estuary. It looked all crumpled and flat until I steamed it and the sinews loosened allowing this beautiful spread of feathers to re-emerge. NEVER give up even when it seems foolish to continue on.
